Care Solace: is a 24/7 web-based tool that makes it easier for students, families and staff to connect with mental healthcare resources and providers in their communities. Care Solace can offer information with therapy, online therapy, hospitalization, family counseling, and other services in minutes. Please reach out to your counselor if you would like a mental healthcare referral.
 
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: is Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
